  So I have been with this business for about 7 years. Every time I go, there is an issue. Every single time I pay for a bill. There is always a correction and I get another bill about a week later. It has happened four to five times. They shipped my contacts to someone else's house. I had an issue with my eye. They didn't know what it was. I was in and out three times. They then sent me to a specialist. He fixed the issue. They turned around and charged me double the visit because at Family Eye Care said it was a specialist visit. But he wasn't the specialist because he sent me to a specialist. So a year later the same thing happens. This was last week actually. I go in. Issue with my eye. I get drops. Come back a week later. The issue is gone. I buy contacts and glasses. The lady rushed me and wanted me out as soon as possible but there wasn't a single person in the room. If I am going to pay $268.00 for just the frame, I want a second to pick out one that I like. The second I pick one she runs off and starts texting on her phone. Anyways.. I spend $500.00 on one visit. I paid her all the deductibles and whatnot. I get a bill in the mail 5 days later for more money. They changed the visit to a specialist visit after I paid everything and I was done. They wanted more money. I call. The lady said someone billed it as a regular visit and it was a specialist visit but he's not a specialist. They never did anything. So therefor I told the lady thats not right and I will probably stop going there. She said "sorry you feel that way" and hung up on me. So they jacked my insurance company for more money and wanted me to pay a higher tier on the deductible. Everyone there has a poor attitude and as a customer you are just an inconvenience. I have three family members that use their services and none of us will ever be returning. I normally do not post these types of things about a business but i feel that they deserve this. If you are looking for an eye care facility, I do not recommend this one. They do not deserve your business and their goal is to take your insurance for everything they are worth. They mow through employees like its nobodies business and you wonder why. The customer service is terrible and they truly do not know what they are doing. Good luck. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

  The people that work there are great. Everyone knows their job and you get in and out quickly and the glasses are always right. They explain everything and tell you all your options, very thorough.
