  Linette and her agency have incredible customer service and I would recommend them to any family/friends/strangers! I was in the process of getting my first car, next door at Laurel Toyota, and I already thought a policy had been set up with State Farm the previous afternoon. I was ready to sign the paperwork for my car, just needing the insurance policy information I thought was previously set up. When the dealer had called to make a contact with the local State Farm agent we found that my information never saved in the system and I was then unable to pick up the car. In a rush, knowing that I wanted to get things settled all in one day since I had left work early once already (1 1/2 hrs away), I walked over to Linette's Office next door about 10 minutes after closing time (I hadn't realized at the time because she didn't hesitate to invite me in). Even though she and another colleague were getting ready to leave to celebrate Labor Day, they welcomed me in, sat and talked me through my first car insurance policy, and were patient with all of my questions. Now, they keep me informed of all changes in policies, information and new offers under Allstate. My whole family goes through Linette now! I feel very well taken care of as a new customer for the vehicle market and highly recommend this business.
